Growing up, I didn’t have, like, the resources to go to the dentist. Like, my parents, we came from a different country, so we didn’t realize how dental was so important to you. And then growing up, I was always scared to go to the dentist. So when I started coming here, I just felt comfortable. Like, I know it’s from a family dentistry and then they treat you like family. So I love the people here. I love how they make me feel. It’s like going to get your hair done. You expect to go in to go feel good and when you leave, you wanna feel good, look good, you know? And this is how I feel here. When I come in, I know that I’m gonna be taken care of and they’re going to be upfront and transparent with anything that I would need done for my teeth.
When I leave, I feel good, like I got my hair cut or hair colored. That’s how I feel about my dentist. So that’s why I love it here. They are very upfront with what is going on with my teeth, any work that I need done. They’re very transparent with anything. And I ask a lot of questions because I wanna know because I’m not that knowledgeable in, you know, my dentist or what could happen, crowns, any type of filling or work that could be done and the options that I do have. So that makes me feel comfortable that they’re okay to answer me with that transparency and like, “Hey, you have options, but at the same time, you know, this is what’s good for you in the long run or whatnot.” So I think they treat you like family. This dentist, like, they’re not treating me like a number.
Like, we not only talk about our dentist and our teeth, but we talk about, you know, our lives. So I feel like there’s a connection beyond my filling or my crown that I have to receive or cleaning my teeth even. And they give me a lot of suggestions on how to clean my teeth, the aftercare, and stuff, and if I need anything else and if I’m in any pain or anything, you know. I would definitely recommend this place because of the quality care that they give to their patients, not just as a number, but as me, as a person. At the end of the day. It’s just, you know, them listening to my concerns and giving me that transparent feedback and helping me even when I leave the dentist.
